The article raised the problem of consistency and clarity of management processes when setting goals and objectives. Often, even at the preliminary stage of the assignment, the initial information loses clarity and unambiguity due to vague wording, confusing logic, and the lack of temporal parameters and resource additions. The CMARR methodology is based on a simple and logical chain of actions, taking into account many years of experience in managing operational and strategic projects and the formulation of current tasks, and its fundamental difference from the SMART management technology.

The current state and functioning of the «North – South» ITC as a logistics system for the development of Russia's foreign economic relations with the countries of Central Asia, the Near and Middle East, and India is considered. The importance of the «North – South» ITC to integrate the Russian transport system into the New Silk Road routes in the directions of cargo delivery to India and Iran is shown. Volume, time and cost indicators of routes are given and analyzed, competitive niches for the Russian export of transport services on the rout are indicated. Infrastructure and technological problems that impede the accelerated development of the logistics of international product distribution in the «North – South» ITC have been identified. Some ways to solve these problems are indicated.

The analysis of the logistics efficiency of Belarus and Lithuania was carried out on the basis of the World Bank LPI index. An assessment of the state and level of development of logistics systems of neighboring countries is given. The main areas of cooperation in logistics are highlighted. Identified individual problems in the interaction of countries in this area and identified ways to solve them.

The article describes the parameters of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of garbage trucks on the example of the functioning of the waste management system in St. Petersburg. The method of selection of garbage trucks in the organization of rational interaction of processes in the waste management system is proposed.

In this article the depencies between social-economic parameters of Astrakhan region and its logistic infrastructure is described. The logistic infrastructure's elements which makes a biggest impact on their are determined. For each element the standard ratios are calculated. It allow to count the impact of each element in social-economic parameters. It is shown, that increasing of parameters of main part of logistic infrastructure is going toward maximal changes of dependent variables.
