Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.

Dear readers! The first half of the year is approaching, which means that on the pages of the fifth issue of the magazine you will find a lot of useful analytical materials on the markets of warehouse real estate, cargo transportation, etc. Our authors Yu.V. Klimenko, M.G. Grigoryan, R.N. Chernitsyna in their article examine in detail the structural changes taking place in the container transportation market of the Russian Federation as a key factor in choosing a strategy for the development of transport organizations. D.V. Shvandar, M.S. Soloveitchik examines the sectoral aspects of the development of grain port terminals in Russia in the light of the reorientation of supply chains from traditional export routes to new alternative routes. An interesting article on the prospects of Iran's logistics development within the framework of the international North–South transport corridor was prepared by I.E. Krotov. The article presents Iran's transport and logistics capabilities in the region for expanding economic relations between the states of the Caspian Basin, the EAEU and Asia. V.E. Novikov and S.V. Novikov raise an important topic of customs regulation in the export of goods. In the article, the authors outline the initial methodological approaches to the formation of export customs duty rates. Special attention is paid to the consequences of the introduction of the export duty rate.
