Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of Logistics for 2024. On its pages, we summarize the results of the TransRussia | SkladTech 2024 exhibition, held from March 19 to 21 at Crocus Expo. The organizers and guests of the event claim that the exhibition is breaking new attendance records from year to year and improving its business program.
Annotation. The article discusses the key concepts of the supply chain sustainability paradigm based on the ESG agenda, supply chain reliability and integrated business planning. The author proposes a structure of criteria and a set of logistics initiatives that allow assessing and ensuring the sustainability of the supply chain from all its participants by combining the concepts considered into a single system of «criteria – initiatives».
The article considers the conceptual foundations for ensuring the fault tolerance of supply chains. The fault tolerance property is manifested in the prevention, resistance and absorption of the effects of adverse external factors and the subsequent restoration of the supply chain performance. Supply chain resiliency management should consider ESG factors and sustainability goals. It is recommended that due diligence, traceability and transparency be used to identify and address irregularities in supply chains.
Annotation. The article is devoted to the problem of the emergence of «strategic losses», which is associated with most modern companies. Discusses the possibility of using integrated business planning to continuously align initial quantitative targets with the actual results of the organization's activities.

Annotation. The proposed article discusses the topical aspects of joint planning as the most important tool for coordinating the participants of the supply chains.
Based on the study, the authors identified the main problems of joint planning of companies at the interfunctional and interorganizational levels of coordination, considered the principles of interaction between suppliers and consumers in partnerships.

Annotation. The problems of logistics controlling as an important tool for improving the efficiency of companies – counterparties of the supply chain are considered.

This article outlines some of the key challenges facing the retail industry and explains how real-time shipping tracking digital platforms can drive collaboration between supply chain partners and turn challenges into opportunities. A conceptual approach is proposed to create a business case for a RTTV (real time transportation visibility) solution and some key recommendations regarding the best practices for this digital application.
