Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the 11th issue of the LOGISTICS magazine, where you will find relevant materials and articles. And again, the focus is on international cooperation. An important event in this area was the International Trade Day 2024 Forum, held on November 7, 2024 in Moscow.
Dear readers! The tenth issue of LOGISTICS journal opens with a large article dedicated to the results of the BRICS Business Forum, held on October 18, 2024 in Moscow. Yulia Kislova, Director of Agency Market Guide LLC and publisher of LOGISTICS journal, attended the event and prepared an article where she paid special attention to international trade and logistical connectivity of the countries of the association. The details are in the room.
Annotation. The relevance of logistic convergence is due to the changes taking place in the external and internal environment of supply chains. The article explores how logistic convergence contributes to improving the efficiency of the supply chain and possible solutions to the problems of this process.
Key words. Logistic convergence, omnichannel, multimodality, supply chain management.
Annotation. A tool for determining the structural and functional sustainability of supply chains in a logistic system for monitoring quality information in construction is proposed. Its construction is based on a double feedback of structure and function. The minimum necessary and sufficient conditions for the sustainability of supply chains of materials in a logistic system for monitoring quality information in construction are formulated.
Key words. Conditions of structural and functional sustainability, supply chain of building materials.
Annotation. The prospects of using the concept and technology of data transmission networks and the physical Internet in logistics are shown. The possibilities of using reference network models of data transmission and processing for logistics business processes of the physical Internet, in particular the OSI, TCP/IP, OLI and NOLI models, are considered. The levels of reference network models are analyzed and their adaptation to the coordination of logistics operations in multi-layered supply chains is proposed.
Annotation. The article presents the results of an analysis of several models and approaches utilizing artificial intelligence in combat zones to provide material support to troops. Additionally, the author proposes a model mechanism for providing logistical support to troops using artificial intelligence.
Key words. Logistics support, artificial intelligence, model mechanism for troop support, military logistics, modeling, forecasting, efficiency.
Annotation. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyze modern approaches to integrating the principles of green logistics into supply chain management, and develop practical recommendations for their effective implementation.
Annotation. The article examines the specifics of organizing logistics processes for vaccine delivery, which are carried out at four levels of the pharmaceutical cold chain. The article discloses the requirements for equipment for the transportation and storage of vaccines, and describes the means and procedure for monitoring temperature conditions during their delivery.
Annotation. The article reveals the essence of prescriptive (prescriptive) analytics and the methods by which it is presented. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for effective decisions by commercial enterprises in the field of mainline transportation, due to their rise in price. An example of the formulation of a logistical problem and a way to solve it, aimed at reducing transportation costs under existing restrictions, is presented.
Key words. Mathematical optimization, prescriptive analytics, mainline transportation, capacity, transportation optimization, cost minimization.
Abstract. In the context of global economic changes and growing competition in the energy sector, traditional fuel transportation management methods are becoming inefficient. The study aims to identify key factors for successful implementation of digital technologies in fuel logistics and develop practical recommendations for optimizing this process. The findings will be valuable for transportation company specialists and researchers in the field of logistics digitalization.
Key words. Аutomation, security, logistics, monitoring, transportation, fuel, management, digitalization.
Annotation. The article definition of the concept «Supply Chain Control Tower – SCCT» is given. The evolution of the Control Tower concept from CT1.0 to CT4.0 and the need to integrate control centers into the structure of modern multi-party supply network (MPSN) are shown. The main components of the MPSN information technology platform are considered. The ST – Control Tower Value Matrix 2024 vendor rating matrix is presented. The necessity of forming intelligent SCCT is substantiated and their main functionality and advantages of use in digital supply chains are considered.
Annotation. The article examines the impact of optimization of logistics chains on the competitiveness of an enterprise. Analyzing the multifaceted effects of logistics optimization, the author applies a modified view of resources integrated with the theory of dynamic capabilities, as well as a mixed method combining quantitative analysis of operational efficiency indicators with a qualitative assessment of strategic advantages.
