Annotation. The article analyzes the current challenges faced by dairy processing enterprises in the procurement process. It evaluates the specific characteristics of supply, demonstrates the impact of geopolitical factors, and presents examples of technologies that can be used to reduce logistics costs and increase business profitability.

Annotation. This article presents the results of a study of the vegetable and fruit growing industry in the Republic of Crimea. Key indicators characterizing the economic state of the industry are identified. The state of logistics for seasonal and interseasonal storage of finished fruit and vegetable products is characterized. The shortage of warehouse space is highlighted in a group of multicomplexes with different temperature environments. The impact of this shortage of warehouse space on pricing in the region and the market's dependence on continental supplies is substantiated.
Annotation. The article substantiates the need for the formation of a single, strictly verified thesaurus of logistics terms as a key condition for high-quality training of specialists and effective professional communication. A working system of definitions suitable for integration into training courses and practical activities is proposed, and the role of professional discussion platforms (living thesaurus) for synchronizing the language of logistics in the Eurasian space is described.
Annotation. The article explores the adaptation strategies of logistics companies in the Volgograd Region under the conditions of the 2022–2023 sanctions pressure. Based on the analysis of domestic and regional studies, the key areas of adaptation have been identified, including the diversification of routes, the digitalization of logistics processes, and the use of domestic technological solutions.

Annotation. The article provides a comparative analysis of the application of classical logistics rules in supply chains in relation to end and intermediate consumers. The expediency of introducing and using the concept of «consumer of material flow» as an analytical category reflecting the specifics of the requirements of commercial intermediaries is substantiated. Options for the implementation of the «right place» factor depending on the type of consumer and the localization of the transfer of ownership of the product are considered.

Using systemic and case analyses, it identifies the key growth drivers of niche platforms, their competitive advantages and limitations, and offers practical recommendations for market participants. Particular attention is paid to verification models, the role of expert content, and the logistical requirements that distinguish niche solutions from general-purpose aggregators.

The economic processes of transformation of payment systems in the transport industry are considered both at the micro and macro levels. The main challenges faced by the transformation of payment systems in the transport industry are identified, which include technological inequalities in regions, the need for significant investments in infrastructure and the risks of monopolization of payment services.
