Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the eighth issue of the magazine and its materials.
Annotation. The article addresses the issue of integration key risk indicators into the logistics risk management process. A methodological consensus among researchers regarding the placement of indicators within the process is identified. A key divergence in approaches to selecting priority objects for indicator development are established.
Key words. Logistics risk, logistics risk management process, key risk indicator, integration of risk indicators, development of risk indicators, risk selection criteria.
Annotation. The article raises the problem of assessing the impact of external factors on the design of the port construction project team. An example of the impact of external factors on the design of the project team using the method of scenario analysis is considered and substantiated.
Key words. Project team design, internal factors, external factors, port construction project, scenario analysis method.
Annotation. The article presents a study of the mechanisms and features of managing the efficiency of transport and logistics enterprises. Special attention is paid to separate management in the transport and logistics sphere and to the principles of cost-effectiveness, which allow optimizing processes and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises.
Key words. Logistics, transportation, transport-logistics infrastructure, management.
Annotation. The article examines the problems of managing transport and logistics processes in conditions of uncertainty of changes in factors that determine the external environment. The authors proposed an approach that involves describing a mechanism for identifying the impact of atypical risks on the processes of an enterprise participating in the formation of cargo flow based on the formation of a metagraph model of the occurrence and joint impact of risks. Subsets of primary and secondary risks are identified.
The subject of the article is the transformation of the role and importance of logistics in modern international economic relations with an emphasis on the functionality of warehousing in modern supply chains. The transformation of warehouse logistics goals in integrated supply chains, changes in their geographical directions, methods and specifics of work in modern conditions based on the use of the Internet and computer technologies, as well as various approaches in the methodology for evaluating their effectiveness are investigated.
In the situation of the dominant position in the import-export communication of railway transportation, the primary role is assigned to the work with the life cycle of rolling stock when cars are on the company's sidings.
The process analytics algorithm described by the author of the article allows for express assessment of operations in the field of industrial logistics and the formation of economic justification of initiatives using infographics.
Annotation. This article is devoted to changes in the model of interaction between participants in logistics business processes under anti-Russian economic sanctions. Based on the analysis of scientific publications on interaction models and interviews with experts in the field of logistics, a model of interaction between participants in logistics business processes is presented, which includes new participants in business processes, revision of relations with current partners, risks and a system of financial support for logistics business processes under sanctions.
Annotation. The article presents the features of the application of the logistics management information system in the yard area – Yard Management System, the organizational and economic factors of increasing the effectiveness of its management of the movement of vehicles on the territory of the enterprise are identified. An example of the functioning of the system at a manufacturing enterprise with a large yard area is considered.
Key words. Yard Management System, information and logistics systems.
Annotation. The article examines the process of introducing information technologies into transport processes. A control method is proposed by drawing up a graph of the sequence of information technology implementation in transport processes based on a relative efficiency indicator expressed in the ratio of the operation execution time.
Key words. Introduction of information technologies, diffusion of innovations, transport processes, information flows, technological indicator of efficiency, graph method, operation time ratio.
Annotation. The article describes the management and control system for transport and logistics support of the resource-extracting complex. The stages of management and control processes are presented. A conceptual model for transport and logistics support management has been developed using the graph theory, which represents itself a basis for artificial intelligence systems.
Key words. Digitalization, management and control system, oil and gas industry, resource-extracting complex, graph, information flows, processes and subprocesses.
