Annotation. The article analyzes the existing algorithm for conducting customs control when considering information regarding goods subject to legislation in the field of export control. Based on the analyzed algorithm, technological operations have been identified that contribute to the modernization of artificial intelligence technologies. A promising algorithm for implementing customs control of goods subject to export control measures is proposed, which takes into account the use of a neural network to optimize the work of customs officials.
Annotation. The article examines the issues of harmonization of the procedure for customs declaration of goods in the EAEU. The author analyzed the existing approaches to the implementation of electronic declaration in the EAEU member states, conducted a comparative analysis of the provisions of national legislation on customs regulation, and identified the features of administrative penalties for offenses in the field of customs declaration. In conclusion, practical recommendations are provided for improving the customs declaration of goods in the EAEU.

Annotation. The article analyzes the processes of customs control of goods while ensuring compliance with the prohibitions and restrictions provided for by the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Annotation. The article analyzes fluctuations in statistical value using descriptive statistics for several types of food products: walnuts, dates, almonds and coconuts. Particular attention is paid to the use of the average statistical cost in the context of the countries of import of goods. A conclusion was made about the advisability of using average values to determine and control the customs value of certain groups of goods.

Annotation. The article analyzes the process of collecting debts for the payment of customs duties from individuals. The problem of high efficiency of recovery from foreign citizens is revealed. Based on the conducted retrospective and prospective analysis, proposals were developed aimed at improving the efficiency of administrative management for the payment of customs duties with foreign individuals.
