Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Annotatin. The article presents the results of a study of the inventory management system of the agricultural enterprise SPK «Apis». The ABC classification method was used to differentiate the inventory nomenclature, which made it possible to identify three categories based on the degree of impact on working capital. On this basis, practical recommendations have been developed for the application of differentiated management models for each category, aimed at optimizing logistics costs and freeing up working capital.
Annotation. The article discusses the practical application of two dynamic rationing policies: the dynamic critical level method and the highest volume with low demand method. The methods are compared, and conclusions are drawn to support the effectiveness of the proposed measures.

Annotation. This article continues the topic of determining the optimal geographic location of distribution centers (DC) when building a federal distribution network focused on processing FMCG flows from China. The search for a rational location for several DCs is performed by minimizing transport and storage costs for various entry points of cargo flows into the territory of the Russian Federation through sea ports and railway terminals.
