This article continues the topic of determining the optimal geographic location of distribution centers (DC) when building a federal distribution network focused on processing FMCG flows from China. The search for a rational location for several DCs is performed by minimizing transport and storage costs for various entry points of cargo flows into the territory of the Russian Federation through sea ports and railway terminals.
