Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
The issues of the current state of motor transport in the countries of the Eurasian Union for 2 years of the EAPS existence and prospects for its development are considered. The main indicators of road transport in the Eurasian Union countries are presented.

Rise in price of natural energy resources and deterioration in an ecological situation have forced many experts to pay attention on again long ago it would seem the forgotten vehicles ‒ airships which in comparison with the used means of transport, have higher profitability and ecological purity. These properties of any transport belong to group of the most significant properties today.

In the article the study of the transport structure is considered as a factor of economic growth. Concludes that transport infrastructure is the engine of innovation development. It provides horizontal and vertical linkages among innovation actors. In particular, the main elements of infrastructure are: innovative and technological centers, business-incubators, technoparks, scientific parks and technopolises.
In the article the practice of the development of logistics centers (LC) in the Asia-Pacific region: investing in infrastructure LC, throughput, and transport links with other regions are considered.
