Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of the LOGISTICS journal. By tradition, in the April issue we summarize the results of TransRussia | SkladTech 2025. First of all, we would like to draw readers' attention to our new partner R1 Development, a development company that creates a new generation environment and specializes in the construction of industrial, logistics, commercial and residential real estate. One of the projects of R1 Development is the Druzhba industrial park network.
The article presents the experience of TransContainer PJSC in the organization of transportation of automotive components for manufacturing passenger automobiles from Europe to Russia. The example of Volkswagen shows that cluster development of automobile production creates opportunities for transport flows enlargement and contributes to the development of transport and logistics technologies of delivery.
In the article the practice of the development of logistics centers (LC) in the Asia-Pacific region: investing in infrastructure LC, throughput, and transport links with other regions are considered.

The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the Russian rail transport system, through the introduction of innovative projects. By analysing the advantages and disadvantages the author can identify promising directions of the development of JSC «Russian Railways» as the main carrier of the country. In this work the main problems of the Russian railways are given for the processes of reforming of railway transport in the Russian Federation on the basis of the SWOT-analysis.
The article considers a new mode of transport ‒ Hyperloop. Its characteristics are analyzed, compared with the characteristics of these modes of transport and making a forecast about the timing of its introduction into our lives.

Taking into account the analysis of the integration ways of transport and forwarding activities it is shown that in the new market forms of doing business, the realization of transportation requires two contour forms of contractual relations. These considerations are based on the actual facts of PJSC TransContainer activities, which give the opportunity to convert the freight-forwarding activities into transport and logistics ones.
Questions of improvement of processes of processing of domestic Far East fish products and optimization of transportation of this transport to the Central Russia are exclusively actual now. For the solution of these tasks logistic cluster approach and an assessment of movement of a flow of cargo on the basis of the adaptive organization of cargo traffics can be the most effective tools. Set of these two methods allows to reach the high speed of delivery of Far East fish products to Moscow with the high quality.

The article discusses the placement of multi-modal terminal and logistics complexes (MTLC) in places of close interaction between different modes of transport. Particular attention is paid to placing MTLC in the logistically unique place ‒ city Gudermes, Chechen Republic which is located at the intersection of the Trans-Caspian route TRACECA and Astrakhan direction of the North-South corridor to the Caspian Sea countries and beyond.
The article notes the development of the liquefied natural gas market. The main flows of LNG exports and imports are indicated. Much attention is paid to projects on LNG production in Russia. Marine transport as an alternative to pipeline transport is considered and the dependence of pipeline transport on transit countries is emphasized.
