Adaptation of the flow problem to transport logistics issues

Annotation. The article deals with the management of material flows on the formed transport network. The classical variant of the solution of the flow problem aimed at finding the maximum flow that can be carried out through the studied transport network, taking into account its configuration, is considered. The solution of the flow problem is presented in terms of methods and models for solving problems in transport logistics management.

The authors show the need to develop the transport and communication potential of water transport in the southern region of the Russian Federation and the Krasnodar Territory, more than half of the administrative border of which is the coastline of the Azov-Black Sea basin. Attention is drawn to the lack of coordination of structures at various levels in the organization of transport management and the inevitability of increasing the share of water transport in multimodal transport of goods.

The authors cite the results of scientific and applied research aimed at improving the efficiency of the transport system in the South of Russia and reduce the density of traffic on the roads in the region and Krasnodar region through the development of feeder transport services water transport.
