

Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Annotation. The article discusses the state, problems and prospects for the development of road transport of goods in the Primorsky Territory. Cargo turnover, traffic volumes, length and density of roads in the region are analyzed. Problems are identified and proposals are being developed for their elimination and the further development of road transport of goods in the region.

Annotation. The article discusses the main reasons of vehicles sales decline in China in 2018 and the goals set up in the Technology Roadmap for Energy Saving and New Energy Vehicles issued by the Society of Automotive Engineers of China based on the «Made in China 2025» strategic plan; deals with the Chinese government plans to liberalize automotive industry investment policy and reduce vehicles import duties; evaluates China's prospects for becoming the world leader in the production of autonomous connected new energy vehicles.
The current state and functioning of the «North – South» ITC as a logistics system for the development of Russia's foreign economic relations with the countries of Central Asia, the Near and Middle East, and India is considered. The importance of the «North – South» ITC to integrate the Russian transport system into the New Silk Road routes in the directions of cargo delivery to India and Iran is shown. Volume, time and cost indicators of routes are given and analyzed, competitive niches for the Russian export of transport services on the rout are indicated.

Annotation. The article discusses the importance of freight forwarding activities for the Russian economy and its foreign economic relations. The state of the legal and regulatory framework governing the freight forwarding activities in Russia is analyzed, as well as its main regulatory documents are assessed. The problems hampering the development of transport forwarding in our country are reavealed. The analysis and the possibility of using foreign experience in the regulation of transport and forwarding activities is propsed.
The article discusses the key problems of current logistics performance in the case USA, China and Russia. It shows the basic trends of logistics and sea trade development in the countries. Based on the key findings there are suggested possible solutions to these problems.
