The role of port infrastructure in the development of Russian regions
Annotation. The article examines the role of port infrastructure in the economic development of Russian regions. A theoretical analysis of definitions of port infrastructure is conducted. Based on the analysis of the port infrastructure, it has been revealed that deep-water ports are the main drivers of the development of foreign economic activity and economic growth in the regions, while shallow-water ports perform an important function to ensure transit and interregional logistics.

Conditions for the functioning and development regional aviation in Russia
Annotation. This paper examines the challenge of ensuring the sustainable development of regional aviation in Russia in the current context. It analyzes the strategic role of air transport in providing accessibility to hard-to-reach regions of the country. An analysis of the current state of regional aviation reveals systemic problems and the ineffectiveness of government subsidies, demonstrating funding growth outpacing passenger traffic. The paper proposes solutions, including the creation of a multi-tiered airfield protection system, the development of a regulatory framework for the use of counter-UAV systems, the optimization of government subsidy mechanisms, and the accelerated development of the airfield network.

Main directions for improving inventory planning methods (in the order of discussion)
Annotation. The article provides an analysis of the current challenges faced by industrial and commercial companies in planning their inventory needs, as well as the main areas for improving existing forecasting methods that can be used to reduce logistics costs and increase business profitability.

Disintegration of the logistics processes of an industrial enterprise: causes and consequences of the organizational separation of the supply service
Annotation. The article analyzes the paradox of a modern industrial enterprise, in which formally decomposed goals and qualified personnel of the supply department do not guarantee its effective integration into the general production circuit. A cross-functional conflict in the logistics system of the enterprise is described, diagnose key dysfunctions. Ways to overcome the identified problems.

Logistics as a factor of competitiveness of russian fish and seafood suppliers
Annotation. Based on the analysis of the specific structure of catch, export and import, storage and processing infrastructure capabilities, the role of logistics in shaping the competitive advantages of Russian suppliers is shown.

Development of a methodology for assessing the quality of customs services in foreign economic activity
Annotation. When conducting foreign economic activity, participants interact not only with each other and with customs, but also with intermediaries known as customs representatives. This article examines the quality management of customs services provided to foreign economic activity participants by customs representatives.

Annotation. The article analyzes the directions of development of the network of checkpoints across the State border of the Russian Federation in the context of the transformation of transport and logistics flows. The factors limiting the capacity of automobile checkpoints have been identified, and measures to reduce the transit time of vehicles have been substantiated by improving the organization of state control, developing technical equipment and digitalizing processes.

PROBLEMS AND OPINIONS
Methodological principles of supply chain design in the context of the current state and prospects of logistics and supply chain management development in Russia (in the order of discussion)
Annotation. The article presents the results of a comprehensive critical analysis of the theory and practice of logistics and supply chain management (SCM), which revealed the systemic contradictions of modern science: the semantic vagueness of categories, the institutional uncertainty of management subjects, and the methodological gap between leading global schools.

Annotation. The article explores the adaptation strategies of logistics companies in the Volgograd Region under the conditions of the 2022–2023 sanctions pressure. Based on the analysis of domestic and regional studies, the key areas of adaptation have been identified, including the diversification of routes, the digitalization of logistics processes, and the use of domestic technological solutions. It has been established that the regional specifics of the Volgograd Region determine the combination of institutional constraints and transport and geographical advantages that contribute to the formation of sustainable models for the development of logistics business.
