Dear readers! This is the seventh issue of LOGISTICS. By tradition, in the July issue, we publish analytical reviews from our partners – a study of the market of low-temperature warehouses in Moscow and the Moscow region from the IBC Real Estate agency and a rating of Russian transport companies by the cost of delivering bulk cargoes in 2025 from the Main Transport Internet project.
Annotation. The article examines the trends and features of the development of logistics of e-commerce warehousing in Vietnam, provides an overview of the regulatory and legal regulation of warehouses within the framework of the strategy of digital transformation of the economy. The experience of organizing warehousing logistics of the e-commerce leader Shopee is investigated. Prospects for the inclusion of Vietnamese warehouses in international supply chains, including the BRICS member countries, have been identified.
Annotation. The article establishes the role of ASEAN in the development of non-primary non-energy exports of the Russian Federation in the context of specific member states based on a comprehensive analysis of statistical indicators. The established role reflects the unrealized potential for the subsequent economically sound application of the tools provided by the national system of support for non-primary non-energy exports and changes in export customs duty rates.
Annotation. The article examines the transport and communication capabilities of Armenia, taking into account the new realities that have developed in the global and regional space. The projects and programs for the development of the country's transport and logistics infrastructure, such as the Dry Port and Crossroads of the World, and the possibilities of Armenia's cooperation with the EAEU countries, the EU, China, and Iran were analyzed.

Annotation. This article is devoted to the shift in the priority of international trade in favor of the eastern direction caused by the impact of sanctions restrictions on Russia. The analysis of the dynamics of agricultural trade between Russia and China in value terms has been carried out, the share component of each group of goods has been determined, positive and negative factors have been identified, conclusions and forecasts for the development of trade relations have been formulated.
Annotation. The article explores a promising new way to conduct international monetary transactions using the new BRICS Pay payment system, which is being developed as an alternative to Western financial infrastructures. Special emphasis is placed on the technological features of BRICS Pay.
