Annotation. The problem of overloading the capabilities of the railway infrastructure complex, especially characteristic of limited areas of the railway network, is being solved today through the introduction and operation of a Dynamic model of infrastructure loading. It is designed to promptly assess and plan the loading of infrastructure, taking into account the technical standards of operational work and ensure an increase in loading volumes and a reduction in the turnover of wagons. However, some shippers, due to the specifics of their production activities, suffer from innovations.
Annotation. The article discusses the relationship between the investment attractiveness of the regions of the Southern Federal District and the level of maturity of their logistics infrastructure. The results of the study showed that all subjects of the region can be divided into three groups according to the quantitative value of the calculated coefficients. The relationship between the studied indicators can be presented in the form of a linear relationship with a determination coefficient of more than 0.893.
Annotation. The article is devoted to the trends in the development of logistics infrastructure in Russia. The historical transformations of the logistics infrastructure during the change of economic formations are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the administrative command system, the main directions of long-term infrastructure development in modern Russia are identified.

Some methodological recommendations were applied based on the spatial sampling data, the relationship of criteria with an indicator that reflects the number of goods transported, taking into account the distance of transportation by region, was investigated.

In many domestic and foreign articles, the logistics infrastructure is considered as an effective tool for business structures in solving problems related to the movement of material flow. However, despite the widespread use of this concept, there is still no single approach to its structure and composition. This article discusses the points of view of a number of scientists and gives the author's interpretation of the definition of the essence and components of the logistics infrastructure.
