Annotation. The article analyzes the reliability of cargo delivery and the proportion of freight shipments that passed through the road infrastructure on time on the railway network. The internal and external factors influencing the fulfillment of the set delivery time in general and the factors influencing the volume of transport work in the south of Russia are analyzed. Comprehensive measures have been planned to more carefully plan and manage the company's resources, monitor the condition of goods en route, and improve the quality and speed of cargo delivery in conditions of changing transport operations.

Annotation. The article discusses about new conceptual schematic and layout solutions for a railway station and an adjacent container terminal which designed to sort containers and other intermodal transport units between trains without breaking up of a trains. Additionally, there are considerations for the prospects for establishing a network of container distribution terminals and their potential impact on the loading capacity of sorting station.

Annotation The article discusses the prospects of logistics of Chinese-Russian cross-border e-commerce. The importance of state regulation of online sales logistics is substantiated. There is a high need for the development of cooperation between China and Russia in order to improve transportation logistics, which affects the scale of cross-border electronic commerce. The current trends in the formation of demand for Chinese goods from Russian consumers are presented, the main routes and delivery conditions are demonstrated. The prospects for the implementation of new joint Russian-Chinese projects on the construction of highways and railways for logistics support of foreign trade are outlined.

Annotation. Purpose of this article is to application of functional formula method for seeking of optimum integration mechanism variant in accordance with cooperation level of supply chain particitants. For solvation of this problem was used researching cooperation. Of manufacturing, transportation, trade enterprice, store’s operators inside different forms of cooperative activities was solved the multistep taskof distribution integration mechanism optimization. The result of this work is the recommendation for selecting of priority integration mechanism integration for step to step moving of supplying chain participants from minimum to more higher level of cooperation.

Annotation. The article examines the impact of optimization of logistics chains on the competitiveness of an enterprise. Analyzing the multifaceted effects of logistics optimization, the author applies a modified view of resources integrated with the theory of dynamic capabilities, as well as a mixed method combining quantitative analysis of operational efficiency indicators with a qualitative assessment of strategic advantages.

Annotation. The article discusses the relationship between the investment attractiveness of the regions of the Southern Federal District and the level of maturity of their logistics infrastructure. The results of the study showed that all subjects of the region can be divided into three groups according to the quantitative value of the calculated coefficients. The relationship between the studied indicators can be presented in the form of a linear relationship with a determination coefficient of more than 0.893.

Annotation. The article presents a set of problems of application of agent-based modeling in customs affairs. The thesis about advantages of agent-based modeling as a forecasting tool in comparison with other tools is substantiated. This statement is reasonably confirmed by scientific publications of foreign and Russian scientists, including publications of the author. The main advantage of agent-based modeling is determined by its adaptability to the dynamics of the external environment. The main problems of application of agent-based modeling in customs affairs, the author refers to – sufficiency of data volume, data detailing and dynamics of regulatory control.
