The article examines the features of conducting an initial logistics audit in order to identify the reasons for the untimely shipment of batches of finished products to the company's customers. In the course of the study, the regularities of cross-functional interaction of the company's subdivisions in the organization of the movement of the internal material flow were revealed.

Annotation. The article discusses the key concepts of the supply chain sustainability paradigm based on the ESG agenda, supply chain reliability and integrated business planning. The author proposes a structure of criteria and a set of logistics initiatives that allow assessing and ensuring the sustainability of the supply chain from all its participants by combining the concepts considered into a single system of «criteria – initiatives».

Annotation. The article identifies the main problems of logistics companies, one of which is the volatility of tariffs for freight transport. The method of provisional series analysis is proposed as an approach to the solution, an algorithm for determining the price of freight transport is developed; a universal range of values of the tariff for transport services calculated for a calendar year on the route Moscow – St. Petersburg is obtained.

Annotation. The article presents the author's interpretation of the functionality of agent-based modeling as an information basis used in the design of logistics systems. A retrospective excursion into the theory of agent-based modeling is carried out, based on the results of which a conclusion is drawn about the presence of significant advantages of agent-based modeling relative to other methods for forecasting and planning logistics activities. The scientific novelty of the research is presented in the article in the form of a complex of environmental factors that have a direct impact on the planning, organization and operation of logistics systems.
