Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. Annotation. The article analyzes the problems that have arisen during the implementation of the import substitution policy in Russia. The dependence of leading and strategically important enterprises and industries on the supply of imported equipment, components and materials is a serious threat to national security. The article substantiates that in conditions of limited means of financing, import substitution should be given a priority controlled nature, taking into account the prospects and individual characteristics of the economy.
