We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.

Annotation. The article is devoted to the study of the impact of drivers' performance on the reputational risks of trucking companies. The paper highlights the importance of reputation management as a strategic objective to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. The key reputational risks specific to the automotive industry are highlighted and the main factors that can minimize these risks are identified. Special attention is paid to the role of drivers as direct representatives of the company in the eyes of customers and society.
Annotation. The article outlines the problem of operational personnel deficit in logistics and formulates the main tasks to improve the methods of managing the number of warehouses. The article analyzes one of the existing approaches to managing the number of staff at domestic enterprises - labor rationing. The method of risk accounting in logistics operations (cargo handling) is proposed in order to form the most accurate plan of warehouse headcount and to make daily decisions in the field of logistics personnel management.

The article substantiates the need to develop and implement a training program for qualified workers, employees «Driver of motor transport», presents the necessary content of the program, shows the relationship between the implementation of the training program and the growth of driver productivity.

Annotation. This article discusses the main factors influencing the motivation of employees, as well as their analysis to improve the efficiency of seasonal work on the railway. The authors of the article change the possibilities of personnel railway construction during the seasonal period.

The economic and legal aspects of electronic platforms are highlighted. The advantages and disadvantages of platform employment are analysed and an assessment of this type of employment is formulated.
