Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of Logistics for 2024. On its pages, we summarize the results of the TransRussia | SkladTech 2024 exhibition, held from March 19 to 21 at Crocus Expo. The organizers and guests of the event claim that the exhibition is breaking new attendance records from year to year and improving its business program.
In this article the basic methodological approaches to calculate the total tourist flow to the territory of Moscow, including Russian tourists and foreign tourists arrivals, are given. The limitations of existing methods for tourist flow assessment, which are adopted at the federal level, are considered. The possibility to use transport statistics and statistics of tourist accommodations in the process of calculation is discussed. Correction coefficients (coefficients of "addition" and coefficients of "deduction"), which give the opportunity to calculate the volumes of inbound and outbound tourist flows are proposed. The paper presents the volume and structure of the total tourism consumption on the territory of Moscow as of the end 2015, and the assessment of the contribution of the tourism industry into the economy of Moscow is given.

The article discusses systemic aspects of the methodology of systems engineering methodology as applied to the field of logistics and supply chain management. In article discusses the efficiency evaluation of functioning of logistic system by means of risk management. The reasons causing difficulties of implementation of new methods of management are analyzed. The essence of the main scientific approaches to logistic management is determined and disclosed.
