The questions of the organization of delivery of domestic Far East fish products to the Central Russia in modern difficult economic conditions are extremely important. Fish products have to be delivered quickly, qualitatively and for reasonable prices for the fishing companies. It is necessary to revise the tariffs for the transportation of goods and services of infrastructure which are carried out by Russian Railways for providing the competitive environment in the sphere of transportations of perishable cargoes.

One of the features in the development of international shipping is the formation of hub ports in global supply chains. Hub ports are analyzed in two aspects: both as node elements of supply chain and as elements of transport system development. Logistical coordination is an organizationally complex model of interaction between different partners, but it significantly increases the performance of logistics and transport assets, capacity and logistics infrastructure and quality of logistics assets.
