

Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
This paper describes an approach to design a network of distribution centers in the Russian Federation. Cluster and ABC-analysis methods were used to determine regions to locate international logistic centers along major transport routes. Considering the base regional social and economic indicators we show the positions of the most effective placement of centers.

The solution of the problem of creating an efficient regional distributive infrastructure is inextricably linked with the expansion of geography and directions of construction of industrial parks. One of the promising directions of construction of industrial parks NE-one to the creation of logistics industrial parks. The article contains methodical approaches to solving the urgent problem of Projecting and construction logistics industrial parks – business processes that are the basis of their functioning.
This paper describes the approach of modeling a regional warehouse infrastructure taking major social and economic indicators into account. The methodology enables to consider delivery of various goods by different means. The proposed approach determines optimal geographic location and capacity for each of warehouses in a backbone network in a given region of the Russian Federation.

This research identifies major socio-economic indicators that influence subdivision of areas and towns in Volgograd region into groups. Normalized coefficients determining contribution of each variable to a discriminant canonical function are calibrated for all key performance indicators. Higher values of those variables for a particular area of the region suggest locating a general use warehouse in a corresponding group.
The article deals with the transport corridor Rail Baltica. Using SWOT-analysis conclusions about the perspectives of the transport corridor were made. Without the involvement of Russian freight and passenger traffic, this project would not be viable.
