The article considers prospective directions and the main actions of development of transport and logistics infrastructure of Kerch. It identifies the main barriers to the implementation of these actions. The authors emphasize high importance of the Crimea transport and logistics infrastructure development to increase the efficiency of supply chain management due to shortening of transit time and transportation costs.

The article provides the reasons for creating a logistics centre in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The authors assume that the logistics centre should be located in Arkhangelsk region and make analysis of cargo flows between Europe and Asia, as well as the infrastructure potential and resource base in the region.

This article presents an analysis of the dynamics of the complex of cargo terminals of the port Ust-Luga, considered the competitive opportunities in comparison with other cargo terminals of the northwest of Russia, the values of the share of cargo turnover of the port Ust-Luga, as well as the share of export cargoes among all sea ports of Russia.

A classification of the risks of a logistic industrial park (LIP) based on the reasons for their occurrence is proposed. The main directions of risk management of LIP are formulated. Specific methods for reducing the likelihood of occurrence of a risk event or minimizing its consequences are proposed.
