Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of Logistics for 2024. On its pages, we summarize the results of the TransRussia | SkladTech 2024 exhibition, held from March 19 to 21 at Crocus Expo. The organizers and guests of the event claim that the exhibition is breaking new attendance records from year to year and improving its business program.
The article discusses the possibility of development and improvement of the transport infrastructure of the Arctic territories of Russia, in particular the Northern Sea Route (NSR), which has the potential to become an alternative to the existing intercontinental transport links between the countries of the Atlantic and Pacific basins. Being a natural integrating element of the whole Arctic, SMEs in their development should be based on a system of Arctic sea ports. Particular attention is paid to the seaport Sabetta (major infrastructure component "Yamal LNG" project).

This paper describes an approach to design a network of distribution centers in the Russian Federation. Cluster and ABC-analysis methods were used to determine regions to locate international logistic centers along major transport routes. Considering the base regional social and economic indicators we show the positions of the most effective placement of centers.
