Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of Logistics for 2024. On its pages, we summarize the results of the TransRussia | SkladTech 2024 exhibition, held from March 19 to 21 at Crocus Expo. The organizers and guests of the event claim that the exhibition is breaking new attendance records from year to year and improving its business program.
Annotation. The article provides a model for the formation of warehouse infrastructure in the region of the Russian Federation. The model takes into account the possibility of delivering goods on various types of carriers. The model allows you to determine the optimal location of the network of distribution and sorting warehouses in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, taking into account the probabilistic demand for goods.

Annotation. The article presents a flexible system of indicators that allow to assess and plan the development of city cycling infrastructure, obtained by Plekhanov Russian University of Economics on the basis of cyclists surveys and the study of foreign practice of monitoring the сycling infrastructure development.

Annotation. The article shows the impact of the logistics infrastructure of the federal districts of the Russian Federation on key social indicators of the country. As a obtained result, infrastructure objects for each federal district were identified that have the greatest impact on social indicators. For each object, the degree of influence is estimated, as well as their significance. It is shown that the development transport and logistics support component infrastructure leads to the greatest change in the dependent variables.
The article examined the use of modern logistics management technologies in organizing the material and technical support of the state’s military organization, studying the possibilities of integrating the approaches used in commercial channel distribution and in the functioning of departmental logistics systems.

The essence of the Chinese initiative «One belt and one way» is revealed. The role of Belarus in the construction of the new Eurasian land bridge is shown. The analysis of the logistics potential of the Gomel region is carried out. The problems of development of the transport infrastructure of the region and ways of their solution are determined. The need to use the opportunities provided by the project for the development of the regional economy is underlined.
The article considers prospective directions and the main actions of development of transport and logistics infrastructure of Kerch. It identifies the main barriers to the implementation of these actions. This article presents an analysis of the dynamics of the complex of cargo terminals of the port Ust-Luga, considered the competitive opportunities in comparison with other cargo terminals of the northwest of Russia, the values of the share of cargo turnover of the port Ust-Luga, as well as the share of export cargoes among all sea ports of Russia.
