Distribution multistep optimization method of integration mechanism  in supplying chains

Annotation. Purpose of this article is to application of functional formula method for seeking of optimum integration mechanism variant in accordance with cooperation level of supply chain particitants. For solvation of this problem was used researching cooperation. Of manufacturing, transportation, trade enterprice, store’s operators inside different forms of cooperative activities was solved the multistep taskof distribution integration mechanism optimization.

The main trends in logistics digitalization and supply chain management tools

Annotation. The article examines the main trends in the digitalization of logistics activities and presents supply chain management tools. Five digital technologies have been identified that will become drivers of the industry's development.

Supply chain sustainability: conceptual approaches, criteria, solutions

Annotation. The article discusses the key concepts of the supply chain sustainability paradigm based on the ESG agenda, supply chain reliability and integrated business planning. The author proposes a structure of criteria and a set of logistics initiatives that allow assessing and ensuring the sustainability of the supply chain from all its participants by combining the concepts considered into a single system of «criteria – initiatives».

Current challenges in increasing resiliency in supply chains

The article considers the conceptual foundations for ensuring the fault tolerance of supply chains. The fault tolerance property is manifested in the prevention, resistance and absorption of the effects of adverse external factors and the subsequent restoration of the supply chain performance. Supply chain resiliency management should consider ESG factors and sustainability goals. It is recommended that due diligence, traceability and transparency be used to identify and address irregularities in supply chains.

Integrated business planning as a tool for planning the future of supply chains in the face of uncertainty

Annotation. The article is devoted to the problem of the emergence of «strategic losses», which is associated with most modern companies. Discusses the possibility of using integrated business planning to continuously align initial quantitative targets with the actual results of the organization's activities.

Collaborative planning as a tool for coordination in supply chains

Annotation. The proposed article discusses the topical aspects of joint planning as the most important tool for coordinating the participants of the supply chains.

Based on the study, the authors identified the main problems of joint planning of companies at the interfunctional and interorganizational levels of coordination, considered the principles of interaction between suppliers and consumers in partnerships.

Conceptual Challenges for Transportation Visibility in Digital Supply Chains

Annotation. This article outlines some of the key challenges facing the retail industry and explains how real-time shipping tracking digital platforms can drive collaboration between supply chain partners and turn challenges into opportunities. A conceptual approach is proposed to create a business case for a RTTV (real time transportation visibility) solution and some key recommendations regarding the best practices for this digital application.

Lithuanian gap in potash fertilizer supply chains

Annotation. The significance of the properties of reliability and adaptability of supply chains is substantiated. The criteria for choosing a seaport as a link in the supply chains of export goods are determined. A comparative analysis of the logistics of JSC Belaruskali and PJSC Uralkali was carried out. Options for restoring supply chains considered.
