Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of the LOGISTICS journal. By tradition, in the April issue we summarize the results of TransRussia | SkladTech 2025. This year, the exhibition attracted a record number of exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors. Under the heading "non-economic activity", we are posting an interesting article by A.V. Efimov on the prospects for the development of non-primary non-energy exports from Russia to Vietnam.
Annotation. The article shown that ensuring visibility / traceability throughout the supply chain today is becoming a prerequisite for all contractors in the value chain – from the supplier of raw materials to the retailer. Attention is focused on the role of labeling in the context of improving the visibility and traceability of the supply chains of goods of the FMCG sector.
Annotation. The article provides the results of study of both Russian legislation and work of supply chains related to different organizations. Given the results, four actual institutional approaches to ensuring supply chain functioning resilience were identified. The suggested classification is proved by using some of the elements of the authors’ original model of supply chain general function. Key words. Annotation. The article discusses the use of technology Blockchain in logistics and supply chain management (DRM). It is shown that the digital technology Blockchain can be successfully applied to the effective monitoring of logistics business processes in the supply chains of enterprises of various sectors of the economy. It highlights the problems and shortcomings of using IT systems of the ERP class, as well as APS / IBP software applications for working in a multilayer supply chain based on blockchain technology.
Annotation. The article considered questions evaluation of the system of management safety of the supply chain. The main parameters of the evaluation are identified, the preferred application of qualitative evaluation methods is justified. Based on the model of the security management system of the supply chain, the components necessary for the assessment of the safety of the supply chain were determined, the compliance criteria were determined, as well as possible errors. The possibility of using quantitative assessments in the system of qualitative criteria is substantiated.
Annotation. The article describes a new concept of control and monitoring of processes in the supply chains «Control Tower – CT». Proved the relevance of the application of this concept / technology, primarily for the monitoring of logistics business processes and risk management. The history of the development and development of the CT technology is analyzed, and typical solutions are indicated as part of the application of the main «Supply Chain Control Tower» model of various versions.
