Dear readers! This is the seventh issue of LOGISTICS. By tradition, in the July issue, we publish analytical reviews from our partners – a study of the market of low-temperature warehouses in Moscow and the Moscow region from the IBC Real Estate agency and a rating of Russian transport companies by the cost of delivering bulk cargoes in 2025 from the Main Transport Internet project.
Annotation. The article reveals the current trends in the development of logistics at the present stage. A stable transformation of the business environment in the field of logistics has been determined. The factors influencing the development of multimodal transport and technological systems are revealed. A model for the development of a logistics enterprise based on an intelligent system is proposed, taking into account new trends in the field of transport and world trade.

Based on the analysis of the evolution of the geocultural space, the main centers of the multipolar world are determined, the formation of which is objectively related to the laws of this evolution. The place of Russia in the geocultural space as part of the Continental European macrocultural region is determined. The necessity of searching for opportunities for the development of cooperation in promising areas with countries not only from the list of definitely friendly ones is substantiated. The most effective forms of such cooperation are proposed.

Annotation. The article analyzes the problems that have arisen during the implementation of the import substitution policy in Russia. The dependence of leading and strategically important enterprises and industries on the supply of imported equipment, components and materials is a serious threat to national security. The article substantiates that in conditions of limited means of financing, import substitution should be given a priority controlled nature, taking into account the prospects and individual characteristics of the economy.

Annotation. The article considers a system for organizing the logistics of last mile delivery based on the use of carsharing. Mobility as a service is described for the transportation of passengers and goods. The prerequisites for modern transformations in smart urban logistics are considered. Scenarios for the use of automobility as a service in last mile logistics are highlighted. The possibility of using carsharing for the delivery of the last mile is considered, as well as a structural and functional model of the automobility as a service usage processes is proposed.

Taking into account the proposed division of logistics into working and non-working, the conceptual provisions of logistics have been expanded, which will allow from a practical point of view to concentrate on solving logistics issues related to non-working human activities.
