Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Annotation. In the article, by the method of expert evaluation, the most significant incentives for the transformation of the subjects of the transport services market are identified and their impact on the innovative development of various subjects of the transport services market is determined. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using them to develop political and economic strategies for the development of the transport services market and to create programs for the activities and functioning of enterprises in the industry.
Annotation. The article reveals the current trends in the development of logistics at the present stage. A stable transformation of the business environment in the field of logistics has been determined. The factors influencing the development of multimodal transport and technological systems are revealed. A model for the development of a logistics enterprise based on an intelligent system is proposed, taking into account new trends in the field of transport and world trade.

Based on the analysis of the evolution of the geocultural space, the main centers of the multipolar world are determined, the formation of which is objectively related to the laws of this evolution. The place of Russia in the geocultural space as part of the Continental European macrocultural region is determined. The necessity of searching for opportunities for the development of cooperation in promising areas with countries not only from the list of definitely friendly ones is substantiated. The most effective forms of such cooperation are proposed.

The main directions of improving the logistics infrastructure in the agro-industrial complex are considered, taking into account the peculiarities of historical development and the current state of agricultural production in Russia. The emphasis is placed on solutions that make it possible to fully involve individual agricultural producers in the market turnover.

Annotation. The article analyzes the problems that have arisen during the implementation of the import substitution policy in Russia. The dependence of leading and strategically important enterprises and industries on the supply of imported equipment, components and materials is a serious threat to national security. The article substantiates that in conditions of limited means of financing, import substitution should be given a priority controlled nature, taking into account the prospects and individual characteristics of the economy.
Annotation. The main approaches to the classification of logistics strategies are considered. The features of general and private logistics strategies are revealed. Highlighted the basic logistics strategies: minimizing total logistics costs, improving the quality of logistics services, minimizing investment in logistics infrastructure, the strategy of logistics outsourcing. Annotation. The article considers a system for organizing the logistics of last mile delivery based on the use of carsharing. Mobility as a service is described for the transportation of passengers and goods. The prerequisites for modern transformations in smart urban logistics are considered. Scenarios for the use of automobility as a service in last mile logistics are highlighted. The possibility of using carsharing for the delivery of the last mile is considered, as well as a structural and functional model of the automobility as a service usage processes is proposed.
Annotation. The analysis of works devoted to the use of logistics in the non-operational sphere is presented. According to the classification feature "employment of an individual", a two-level classification of logistics is proposed. Taking into account the proposed division of logistics into working and non-working, the conceptual provisions of logistics have been expanded, which will allow from a practical point of view to concentrate on solving logistics issues related to non-working human activities.
