Prospects for the development of Armenia's logistics capabilities

Annotation. The article discusses the prospects for the development of Armenia's logistics capabilities, taking into account new challenges and requirements in the South Caucasus region. In this regard, the logistical possibilities of Armenia for the implementation of new trade and economic relations and cargo transportation between the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, the European Union and India, Iran, China, which are of great socio-economic importance and can become a guarantor of stability and peace in the region and far beyond its borders, are presented.

Annotation. The article shows logistics in the hypostasis of a service, and a definition of the mission of logistics in terms of its connecting function is given. The chains of satisfying the needs of tourists, as well as the chain of direct servicing of tourists in the logistical plane, are identified and considered. The action of logistics in the cultural and leisure environment has been clarified, which consists in managing the movement of works of culture and art to users and users to stationary objects.

In the article, by the method of expert evaluation, the most significant incentives for the transformation of the subjects of the transport services market are identified and their impact on the innovative development of various subjects of the transport services market is determined. A stable transformation of the business environment in the field of logistics has been determined. The factors influencing the development of multimodal transport and technological systems are revealed. A model for the development of a logistics enterprise based on an intelligent system is proposed, taking into account new trends in the field of transport and world trade.

Russia in a multipolar world

Annotation. Based on the analysis of the evolution of the geocultural space, the main centers of the multipolar world are determined, the formation of which is objectively related to the laws of this evolution. The place of Russia in the geocultural space as part of the Continental European macrocultural region is determined. The necessity of searching for opportunities for the development of cooperation in promising areas with countries not only from the list of definitely friendly ones is substantiated. The most effective forms of such cooperation are proposed.

On the issues of import substitution in the Russian Economy in the context of sanctions

Annotation. The article analyzes the problems that have arisen during the implementation of the import substitution policy in Russia. The dependence of leading and strategically important enterprises and industries on the supply of imported equipment, components and materials is a serious threat to national security. The article substantiates that in conditions of limited means of financing, import substitution should be given a priority controlled nature, taking into account the prospects and individual characteristics of the economy.
