The article discusses Russia's plans to increase the production of mineral fertilizers, work under tariff restrictions from the EU and the United States, and the reorientation of the Russian market to the BRICS countries, which opens up new export opportunities. The potential consequences for European farmers due to a possible reduction in the supply of Russian fertilizers and rising prices are discussed. The importance of investments and new projects for achieving the set goals and strengthening Russia's position in the global market of mineral fertilizers is emphasized.

Annotation. The article discusses the concepts of «global supply chains», «supply chain sustainability», and «geopolitics» are considered. The causes and extent of disruption of supply chain sustainability are determined. The classification of the main threats to global supply chains is given. The influence of geopolitical factors on global logistics is revealed. Examples of modern geopolitical risks are given. The main directions of maintaining the sustainability of supply chains in the conditions of geopolitical upheavals are substantiated.

Annotation. The article examines the transport and communication capabilities of Armenia, taking into account the new realities that have developed in the global and regional space. The projects and programs for the development of the country's transport and logistics infrastructure, such as the Dry Port and Crossroads of the World, and the possibilities of Armenia's cooperation with the EAEU countries, the EU, China, and Iran were analyzed.
