Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. Annotation. The article presents a statistical overview and analysis of the impact of the macroeconomic situation and covid restrictions on the logistics of the global freight transport market, an analysis of the state of the economies of China and the European Union, their mutual trade for 9 months of 2022.

Annotation. The problems of logistics controlling as an important tool for improving the efficiency of companies – counterparties of the supply chain are considered. Given the complexity of logistics processes in the supply chain, the need for a comprehensive study and development of a methodology for controlling logistics in the context of digitalization of the economy is shown. The structure of the system and information support of controlling has been developed in detail, which can contribute to the rationalization of scenarios for logistics decisions, taking into account the criterion of maximum efficiency of an individual company and the supply chain as a whole.

Annotation. An algorithm for the implementation of Warehouse Management System in a warehouse, which is serving production is proposed on behalf of a consulting company. The algorithm is based on the experience of implementing such systems using international project management standards. The considered scheme most fully covers all the nuances and stages, and also considers a library of technical specifications templates for the implementation of a warehouse management system.

The complex development of container transportation, the rapid growth of which requires solving the issues of accelerating the delivery of cargo units to the final recipient and their terminal processing, is one of the main trends in the transport market over the past few years. The article examines the history of the development of the technology of loading and unloading operations with containers, its advantages and practical significance.
