Annotation. The article presents the statistics of failures and accidents of the State Unitary Enterprise «Moscow Metro» from January to December 2021. The main factors affecting the emergency dynamics of the metro are reflected. The most important indicators characterizing the efficiency of the functioning of the Moscow subway are given: an indicator of the degree of trouble-free operation, the intensity of the flow of failures, the annual number of metro failures, the average waiting time for a failure, the intensity of line recovery after a failure.

Annotation. The article provides an overview of scientific publications on the application of Industry 4.0 technologies in logistics.
