Annotation. In this article there is the option of optimizing the procurement process in logistics by using a tool for the distribution of proposals, taking into account all the limitations and opportunities. This tool was developed due to the complexity of the process of selecting the optimal scenario among many offers. The market for the transportation of ready vehicles is specific in terms of features of limited rolling stock, respectively, purchasing units when choosing the best scenario, it is necessary to take into consideration not only the commercial component of the proposals, but also qualitative and quantitative assessment of the rolling stock. In order to maximize the result and optimize the procurement process, the authors proposed a calculation model based on MS Excel.
Key words. Automotive industry, special transport, finished vehicles, optimal solution, calculation model, macros, procurement.
Annotation. The article discusses the main global trends in the transformation of business models of supply chain management. The focus is on an entrepreneurial approach to logistics and supply chain management through changing management business models, moving from linear to platform-based business models. It is concluded that there is a clearly insufficient level of development of business models for supply chain management, which hinders the use of new resources for economic growth and its transition to a new stage. The mechanisms of transition to a new stage of economic growth using network interaction in the development of logistics and the formation of industrial and logistics platforms as a business model for managing an intersectoral business network in real time and based on a flexible organizational architecture are proposed.
Key words. Change management, business models, logistics, supply chain management, platform, networking, organizational architecture.
Annotation. The article substantiates the necessity of optimization of Defense Procurement and Acquisition and describes the ways of optimization based on the current approaches to supply chain management.
Key words. State defense order, cooperation of the head contractor, supply chain, optimization.
Annotation. The purpose of the research is to study international and Russian experience in the implementation of logistics platforms and analyze the Russian market of logistics services for the determination of the individual characteristics of the market, which need to take into account while creating a national logistics platform.
Key words. Logistics platform, experience in implementing logistics platforms, advantages of logistics platforms, disadvantages of logistics platforms.
Annotation. This paper examines the impact of changes in some parameters of models describing demand on the solution of the problem. It is assumed that the distribution functions of random variables describing demand are unknown, but their mathematical expectations are known. The generalized problem is posed as a discrete programming problem with nonlinear separable functions. For an approximate solution of the problem, its continuous relaxation is performed. The solution method involves linearizing the continuous relaxation and using separable programming and branches and boundaries schemes.
