At the heart of all losses (muda), which reduce the efficiency of the production system is based on two factors: factor overload operators or equipment (muri), and unevenness complete the work (mura). Therefore, to begin the elimination of waste is necessary to eliminate the influence of these factors. Among the national standards for management system, lean production occupies a special place standard GOST R 56908-2016 «Lean production Standardization work», which is designed primarily to reduce operating and process the unevenness in the production system.
