On its pages, we summarize the results of the TransRussia | SkladTech 2024 exhibition, held from March 19 to 21 at Crocus Expo. The organizers and guests of the event claim that the exhibition is breaking new attendance records from year to year and improving its business program.
At the heart of all losses (muda), which reduce the efficiency of the production system is based on two factors: factor overload operators or equipment (muri), and unevenness complete the work (mura). Therefore, to begin the elimination of waste is necessary to eliminate the influence of these factors. Among the national standards for management system, lean production occupies a special place standard GOST R 56908-2016 «Lean production Standardization work», which is designed primarily to reduce operating and process the unevenness in the production system. On how to use its requirements at the distribution center and what to pay special attention to this article.

The article examines the main inventory management methods at dependent demand. The analysis showed that the results are debatable and, in fact, do not allow definitely choose the optimal inventory management strategy. To solve the problem calculations were carried out using the basic management strategies. Data from the literature and the authors' own materials were used for comparative calculations; comparison of the obtained results allowed to determine the best strategy in terms of minimum cost.
