Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
This paper describes the approach of modeling a regional network of vehicle fleets for a given warehouse network. The methodology enables to consider delivery of various goods by different means. The proposed model allows to determine optimal placement of vehicle fleets on the territory of region of the Russian Federation.

In order of discussion the article considers the conceptual apparatus of logistics and its source postulate expressions related to incorrectness and inaccuracies. In this article it tackles the issues of non-profit-making logistic activities, its concept and content. Also it treats a question about difference between non-profit-making and traditional profit-making logistics. In addition the concept of non-profit-making logistics is confirmed by real examples of providing consumers with products of industrial purpose and consumer goods.

The article discusses the use of concession agreements as an instrument of public-private partnerships to improve the efficiency of management of transport and logistics projects. Examples of implementation of the concession agreement on the terms of transport and logistics projects in the Russian and foreign practice.
