Modeling the vehicle fleets network on the territory of the Russian Federation region
This paper describes the approach of modeling a regional network of vehicle fleets for a given warehouse network. The methodology enables to consider delivery of various goods by different means. The proposed model allows to determine optimal placement of vehicle fleets on the territory of region of the Russian Federation.

The authors have shown ways of increasing transit capacity of Russia's South and restore transport services logistics Republic of Crimea. Provides alternative routes for multimodal transportation of goods using water transport and ferry service transport streams. Optimization of the transport and logistics structure of a region
The article proposes method of criteria estimation of the logistics potential of the region, allowing objectively estimating the share of each region in an integrated transport and logistics system and optimizing its operation through the creation of a developed structure of logistics centers.

The article discusses the role of Customs Service in the development of transport and logistics corridors, prospects for the development of “Silk Road Economic Belt”, the relationships of the countries concerning the formation and construction of the infrastructure in the economic belt, participation of the Customs Services in the projects of transport corridors.

In order of discussion the article considers the conceptual apparatus of logistics and its source postulate expressions related to incorrectness and inaccuracies. According to the author, it largely prevents from using the real possibilities of logistics and implementing its development under new conditions. In this article it tackles the issues of non-profit-making logistic activities, its concept and content. Also it treats a question about difference between non-profit-making and traditional profit-making logistics. In addition the concept of non-profit-making logistics is confirmed by real examples of providing consumers with products of industrial purpose and consumer goods.

Public and private partnership in the management of transport and logistics projects (Part II)
The article discusses the use of concession agreements as an instrument of public-private partnerships to improve the efficiency of management of transport and logistics projects. Examples of implementation of the concession agreement on the terms of transport and logistics projects in the Russian and foreign practice. The principles of construction management transport and logistics project, and formulated the basic directions of increase of efficiency of use of concession agreements as an instrument of public-private partnership in the implementation of transport and logistics projects.
