Annotation. The article considers the practical application of the method of dynamic inventory rationing at a manufacturing enterprise. The current approach to inventory management and rationing in the company is considered, shortcomings are identified, such as the lack of a scientific approach, the lack of consideration of different priorities of orders, and others. Measures have been formed to implement a dynamic rationing policy on the example of the most popular product.
