The article examines the features of conducting an initial logistics audit in order to identify the reasons for the untimely shipment of batches of finished products to the company's customers. In the course of the study, the regularities of cross-functional interaction of the company's subdivisions in the organization of the movement of the internal material flow were revealed.

Annotation. The article provides examples of sorting devices (sorters) and conveyor systems that use the integration of cargo flows. An example of Oval Sorter performance is given based on possible processes for supplying goods and packaging for sorting.
The article provides a solution to the problem of finding the optimal location of a distribution center focused on processing FMCG flows from China. The search for a rational location for a distribution center was carried out using the method of minimizing transport and storage costs for various entry points of cargo flows into the territory of the Russian Federation through seaports and railway terminals.
Annotation. The article considers the practical application of the method of dynamic inventory rationing at a manufacturing enterprise. The current approach to inventory management and rationing in the company is considered, shortcomings are identified, such as the lack of a scientific approach, the lack of consideration of different priorities of orders, and others. Measures have been formed to implement a dynamic rationing policy on the example of the most popular product.
Annotation. The article clarifies the understanding of the term «automated warehouse», considers the factors / drivers leading to the automation of warehouse systems.
