Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Annotation. The article examines the state and prospects of development of transport logistics in Armenia, taking into account the geopolitical position and geographical importance of the country and the new realities in the South Caucasus.
Annotation. The article discusses the issues of development and modernization of the freight transportation system on the inland waterway network of the Russian Federation. It is said about the importance of the state's participation in the construction of modern watercraft for coastal and liner transportation, as well as maintaining the proper technical level of the river transportation infrastructure, which is part of the multimodal transportation system.
Annotation. The presented article proposes an approach to the formation of a digital platform for managing the processes of transportation of perishable goods, defines the key task of the platform's functioning, as well as the features of the structure of its information components.

Annotation. The article presents the impact of competitive advantages on the activities of companies and the competitiveness of integrated services in the port of Saigon. The organizational and economic mechanism of management of transport and logistics services, including logistics strategies and analytical approaches, is considered. The focus is on cost optimization, resource management and the formation of an effective transport and logistics system, taking into account economic, social and environmental aspects.
Annotation. The article identifies the main problems of logistics companies, one of which is the volatility of tariffs for freight transport. The method of provisional series analysis is proposed as an approach to the solution, an algorithm for determining the price of freight transport is developed; a universal range of values of the tariff for transport services calculated for a calendar year on the route Moscow – St. Petersburg is obtained.

Annotation. This article analyzes trends in the rolling stock market and considers combined approaches to analyzing the transport services market in the regional transport system and assessing the level of competition, that includes both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The calculation of the market concentration and Herfindahl-Hirschmann indices for various types of rolling stock has been carried out.
Annotation. In the article, in order to improve the quality of service for passengers on the St. Petersburg metro, increase the throughput and carrying capacity of the second line of the St. Petersburg metro, the organization of train traffic is proposed, taking into account the service of its two operational depots.
Annotation. The most important feature of the transport services market in the field of transportation of perishable goods is that it is subject to the seasonality factor. When forming a fleet of insulated vehicles, the logistics operator should, on the one hand, fully provide shippers with rolling stock throughout the season, and on the other hand, if possible, avoid forced downtime of rolling stock while waiting for loading.
Annotation. The article describes how sanctions have affected Russia's logistics system. The consequences of the imposition of sanctions in Russia are studied. New logistics routes have been explored and opportunities for creating a sustainable logistics infrastructure have been identified.
Annotation. The article analyzes the work of railway transport during the period of sanctions against Russia and made a forecast for the development of the transport industry, taking into account the problems of not only globalization, but also the regionalization of the world economy. The problems associated with the reorientation of cargo flows to the East, as well as factors affecting international logistics are considered.
