Implementation of a multi-agent approach in providing passenger transportation in the South of Russia based on digital platforms and solutions

Annotation. The article analyzes foreign and domestic experience in applying a multi-agent approach to the development of a passenger complex. An assessment is made of changes in the volume of passenger work, taking into account the development of the tourism industry by region, including transportation in the direction of the Crimean Peninsula. The state of the passenger transportation market and the logistics infrastructure of the Russian Railways passenger complex are analyzed.

Assessment of the technological and socio-economic effects of the development of high-speed highways, taking into account the creation of reserves for the capacity of heavy-duty railway lines

Annotation. The study examines groups of technological and socio-economic effects from the construction of high-speed highways. Based on the analysis, the effects associated with, among other things, the additional passage of freight trains on freight-intensive routes are examined.

Mathematical modeling of perishable goods transportation logistics

Annotation. The transportation of perishable goods is one of the most challenging tasks for mathematical modeling. In such problems, the priority is clarity in planning shipments and delivering the cargo, with key variables being time constraints. Every analyst working on such models must have experience and knowledge of real-world conditions – and, most importantly, the ability to present the solution results as actionable recommendations in a format understandable to the client.

Theoretical aspects of transport production management of port railways

Annotation. The article discusses technological and business processes in the organization of rail and sea transportation, as well as changes in the organization of transport production of port railways. Management of interacting modes of transport has a greater opportunity to increase the organizational level of production. However, elasticity, the ability to spatio-temporal transformations of the means of production in the course of production itself, also has its limits.

The state and prospects of development of Iranian logistics within the framework of the international transport corridor «North – South»

Annotation. The article analyzes the state and prospects for the development of logistics in Islamic Republic Iran within framework of international transport corridors North – South taking into account the geographical position of the state in conditions of geopolitical instability. In this regard, the transport and logistics capabilities of Iran in the region for the expansion of economic relations of the states of the Caspian Sea, the EAEU, Asia are presented.

Problems of organizing the removal of hydrocarbons from the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

Annotation. This article examines the specifics of cargo exports from the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and the role of the Northern Sea Route as a transport artery. The experience of using logistics schemes for the removal of goods from the Arctic within the framework of existing projects is analyzed and the importance of developing mineral resource development projects in the modern realities of geopolitical tension is determined.

Study of the prospects for the development of railway transportation of consolidate loads based on intellectual technologies

Annotation. The article is of a review nature and is devoted to the analysis of modern research, problems and prospects for the development of rail transportation of consolidated cargo in the context of growing demand for small-lot deliveries. A new technology for organizing consolidated rail transportation based on the concept of carpooling is analyzed, which proposes to exclude unnecessary links from the chain through intelligent systems.

Logistics of the Eastern Polygon: development strategy and optimization of traffic flows. Offers

Annotation. The article is devoted to analyzing the current state and prospects for the development of the logistics infrastructure of the Eastern Polygon. The main directions of the third modernization phase are covered. Special attention is given to the role of public-private partnerships and international cooperation for the successful implementation of the tasks. Innovative solutions aimed at enhancing the safety, efficiency, and environmental sustainability of transportation processes are also examined.

Proposals for redistributing railway freight traffic to increase the transport capacity of JSC Russian railways

Annotation. Since the beginning of 2022, after the sanctions imposed by the European Union and the United States against Russia, there has been a collapse in international trade. Enterprises were forced to reorient themselves towards Asian markets for exports. Since the majority of companies sending large batches of products use the railway, the freight flow at many polygons of JSC «Russian Railways» was disrupted.

Implementation of logistics solutions to improve the efficiency of the railways of the Russian Federation

Annotation. The article considers the stages of modeling the operation of the stations of the Eastern Polygon of the railways of the Russian Federation and the achieved economic and social effects of their implementation. The prospects for the development of this area have been determined.
