The article describes the parameters of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of garbage trucks on the example of the functioning of the waste management system in St. Petersburg. The method of selection of garbage trucks in the organization of rational interaction of processes in the waste management system is proposed.

The analysis of the logistics efficiency of Belarus and Lithuania was carried out on the basis of the World Bank LPI index. An assessment of the state and level of development of logistics systems of neighboring countries is given. The main areas of cooperation in logistics are highlighted. Annotation. In present article, problems of a logistical centers network formation in republic Vietnam are considered. The combined technique to determine the best location for logistical center based on rating estimations and the modified analytic hierarchy process is approved.

The article is devoted to the concepts of «synchrome and co-modal transportation», «a-modal booking», «trimodal terminal» and the conditions for their implementation, the experience of creating trimodal cargo distribution centers. The fulfillment of the conditions necessary for the implementation of synchromodal, co-modal and a-modal transportation in the Russian Federation has been determined.

The article describes the new LBP-providers, which are not a service element of the economy, and themselves become operators of an alternative economy in which there is no place for money and intermediary banks between manufacturers. The basis of the mathematical concept of the future LBP logistics barter operator is also considered.
