The Eurasian Economic Union: figures and indicators

Annotation. The main economic indicators of the Eurasian Economic Union for 2018, international ratings and their sub-indices of the countries participating in the Eurasian Economic Union are considered. An analysis of some international ratings for 2016–2020 is presented and given.

Logistics as a regulatory and technological framework of economic activity in the digital economy

Annotation. The positioning of logistics as the main factor of acceleration of commodity movement in production and circulation of goods and services is considered. The prospects of legalization of logistics as a regulatory and technological basis of economic activity in the digital economy are considered.

Trends in the development of modern logistics

Annotation. The role of the State University of Management’s Department of Logistics in the development of logistics science in Russia has been explored. Areas of modern logistics development have been presented. The system-forming trends in the development of supply chains, determining the further development of logistics as a science and field of activity, have been identified.

Logistics features in the world market of cut flowers

Annotation. The key features of the formation of the world cut flowers market, commodity and geographical structure of their exports and imports are considered. The importance of the logistics services sector in the development of the flower industry is admitted. Due to the delicacy of industry products, special attention is paid to the analysis of its packaging, storage, transportation, as well as to the main actors and established sales channels.

China and Russia energy cooperation in the Arctic, the Yamal LNG project being the example

Аnnotation. In the context of the Sino-Russian joint construction of the Silk Road Arctic Belt, China should consider the successful promotion of the Yamal LNG project as a breakthrough, strengthen strategic mutual trust and interaction with Russia, and deepen cooperation in the field of Arctic energy.

Paradigm approach to the analysis of logistics evolution in Russia

Annotation. One of the approaches to the description of bases of formation and evolution of logistics on the basis of the formalized representation of paradigm as a stage of development of science is presented. Proposals on structuring logistics tools on the principles of «disciplinary matrix» by T.S. Kuhn are presented.

Logistics: Ecological and economic problems of the subways habitability

Annotation. Today in the most overloaded subways of the world, such, for example, as New York, London, Moscow, the problem of a heat and closeness is particularly acute. In abnormally hot summers days of heat and closeness in the subway become so intolerable that most of people refuse subway services and choose other types of city transport.

Factors creating the demand for tourist trips with recreational purposes

Annotation. Implementation of new large-scale projects of statistical monitoring in recreation and tourist spheres opens up new possibilities to analyze the needs and demand of the population. The paper is based on the data from sociological surveys conducted in European countries in the period of 2006–2016. The article reveals the factors affecting the development of demand for recreational trips and the evolution of travel needs with tourist purposes.

Using the concept of logistics in a closed loop economy

Annotation. The article discusses the features of using the concept of logistics in organizing the collection and processing of solid household waste from households. The hidden problems of reforming the sphere of domestic waste treatment are highlighted and the main directions for improving the system of their collection and processing are identified.
