The design of logistics chain is strategically important issue for almost every company. There is a large variety of model formulations and solving algorithms, which vary in fundamental assumption, mathematical complexity, etc. In this paper classification of models of dislocation of logistic capacities is considered and the multicriteria model of optimum dislocation of warehouses in supply chains is offered.

The article examines the main inventory management methods at dependent demand. The analysis showed that the results are debatable and, in fact, do not allow definitely choose the optimal inventory management strategy. To solve the problem calculations were carried out using the basic management strategies. Data from the literature and the authors' own materials were used for comparative calculations; comparison of the obtained results allowed to determine the best strategy in terms of minimum cost.
The paper contains the updated classification of material flows, the substantiated provisions of a system approach to the resources flows management, the proposed sequence of the design and optimization of material flows in the logistics system.

The article is dedicated to positioning of logistics as a certain kind of organizational activity oriented to particular objects of civil law, the most important of which are products (goods) and transportation services (services).
In the paper is described the formation of a mathematical model of the logistics structure. The model provides a formal representation of the state of the structure and systematization of assets. On the set of states the model makes it possible to analyze the effectiveness of past and choose the preferred options for future activities. On the model of the illustrative structure is shown the implementation of some of the practical tasks of situations assessment.

The article argues the innovative content of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster and externally defined content-oriented transport and logistics of its functioning. It proves the necessity of inclusion of the cluster into the system of Eurasian international transport corridors. Determined the feasibility of the project KITPС analytical center engaged in system simulation evaluation of territorial, sectoral orientation and volume characteristics of the freight traffic.
