The article examines the current state and problems of international logistics supply chains, identifies the participants of the chain, explores the features of the promotion of commodity-material flows and associated flows throughout its entirety, and formulates approaches to creating a new integration financial-information trading platform in Russia.

The design of logistics chain is strategically important issue for almost every company. There is a large variety of model formulations and solving algorithms, which vary in fundamental assumption, mathematical complexity, etc. In this paper classification of models of dislocation of logistic capacities is considered and the multicriteria model of optimum dislocation of warehouses in supply chains is offered.

Comments on the article by Oleg Volodin "Normative framework of transport logistics: basics and sectoral levels of regulation"
The present article considers the phenomenon transport logistics from the perspective of normative analysis. The legal acts, constituting the basis of transport logistics, are structurally grouped and briefly described. The separate articles of the relating legislation are given as the examples. The availability of basic and sectoral binding rules that shape the normative environment of transport logistics is shown. In conclusion, the hypothesis on the formation of the «logistic law» is formed.
The article examines the main inventory management methods at dependent demand. The analysis showed that the results are debatable and, in fact, do not allow definitely choose the optimal inventory management strategy. To solve the problem calculations were carried out using the basic management strategies. Data from the literature and the authors' own materials were used for comparative calculations; comparison of the obtained results allowed to determine the best strategy in terms of minimum cost.
The article presents the classification of resources movement forms, the preconditions and sequence the designing, formation and optimization of resources flows within logistics systems.

Due to the difficult economic situation in Russia, providing of product market is very topical issue nowadays. Diary branch also needs rapid development. Created methodology of costs counting of the whole complex of services allows to simplify the work of logistics companies, which deliver milk from the producing regions to milk processors. Computer programme development is being held now on basis of presented algorithms in order to automize the way of costs counting.
