Dear friends! We present to your attention the fifth issue of Logistics for 2024. Like you, our dear readers, we see an increasing trend of digitalization and automation of the logistics industry, and more and more authors are paying attention to it.
Annotation. The article deals with the organization of mobile multimodal deliveries in the logistics interaction of organizations in the conditions of change management based on mobility as a service in the transport and logistics market. The article deals with multimodality of transportation as a tool for ensuring mobility in logistics, and features of managing changes in the market of transport and logistics services. The project of multimodal deliveries in the economic cooperation between Russia and Germany is being considered.
Annotation. The article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of modern approaches to managing the efficiency of the implementation of transport services at road transport enterprises.

Annotation. The article discusses the main global trends in the transformation of business models of supply chain management. The focus is on an entrepreneurial approach to logistics and supply chain management through changing management business models, moving from linear to platform-based business models. It is concluded that there is a clearly insufficient level of development of business models for supply chain management, which hinders the use of new resources for economic growth and its transition to a new stage.
