Dear readers! We present to your attention the first issue in 2024. According to tradition, it contains a lot of analytical materials based on the results of 2023. Annotation. The article deals with the organization of mobile multimodal deliveries in the logistics interaction of organizations in the conditions of change management based on mobility as a service in the transport and logistics market. The article deals with multimodality of transportation as a tool for ensuring mobility in logistics, and features of managing changes in the market of transport and logistics services. The project of multimodal deliveries in the economic cooperation between Russia and Germany is being considered.
Annotation. The article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of modern approaches to managing the efficiency of the implementation of transport services at road transport enterprises.

Conclusions are drawn about the effective impact of these technologies on improving the speed of information processing and collecting the required data when interacting with suppliers, optimizing business processes and managing logistics risks.

Annotation. The article discusses the main global trends in the transformation of business models of supply chain management. The focus is on an entrepreneurial approach to logistics and supply chain management through changing management business models, moving from linear to platform-based business models. It is concluded that there is a clearly insufficient level of development of business models for supply chain management, which hinders the use of new resources for economic growth and its transition to a new stage.
Annotation. The article raised the problems of diagnosing failures in the work of transport companies. The authors propose a methodology for balancing managerial processes, based on a clear structure of the identified failures and the subsequent determination of the extent of the problems. The logical chaining method is also used, which helps to establish the source of the failure group, eliminating which, in one go, the entire group of errors is corrected.
