We are pleased to present to you the final issue of the journal in 2025 and inform you that LOGISTICS is opening a new page in its development by starting cooperation with the Crystal Growth Foundation, which means that the information saturation of the publication will change for the better. The first issue is dedicated to one of the innovative domestic developments, AI-Kantorovich, which the Crystal Growth Foundation created together with Hive Mind AI.
Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Annotation. This article examines the model groups, functional structure, structural diagram, and information exchange of a digital twin of the intra-production supply chain in aircraft manufacturing using the example of the Kazan Aviation Plant. It also describes the specification of mathematical models for the production, assembly, warehouse, and intra-plant logistics subsystems. It describes production, logistics, warehouse, economic, and strategic metrics, data quality, and analytical maturity. The market size for expanding digital twin implementation in aircraft manufacturing and the economic impact of implementation are assessed.
Key words. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, simulation modeling, load optimization, production delay forecasting, digitalization of the aircraft industry, and reduction of downtime.
Annotation. This paper examines the issue of aircraft import substitution in the Russian market under sanctions. It presents a rationale for the relevance of import substitution in Russia and analyzes statistics on domestic and foreign aircraft owned by Russian companies. Research on import substitution in Russia is reviewed. The experience of other countries in aircraft import substitution under sanctions is explored. The article proposes solutions to the problem of domestic certification, incentives for aircraft manufacturers, and ways to accelerate the development of new technologies in the aircraft industry.
Key words. Logistics, aviation, industry, economics, import substitution, sanctions.
Annotation. The article discusses the implementation of multimodal principles within the North-South corridor to meet the projected cargo flow. The goal of the study is to meet the growing volume of transportation and achieve efficiency in operational work.
Key words. Transport corridor, capacity, parallel route, transportation costs, economic effect.
Annotation. This article examines the role of digitalization in optimizing logistics business processes in the Arctic. Conclusions are drawn regarding the effective impact of modern technologies on reducing delivery times, transport risks, and logistics costs in the Far North.
Key words. Digitalization, Arctic logistics, optimization methods, transportation, logistics business processes.
Annotation. The article examines the problems of the current centralized logistics model at Rostselmash – a leading Russian manufacturer of agricultural machinery. Based on an analysis of existing logistical constraints and a comparative study with competitors (CLAAS, Gomselmash, etc.), the necessity of transitioning to a decentralized supply structure is substantiated. The projected economic and operational outcomes of implementing regional hubs are described, as well as the groundwork for the next stage – logistics automation.
Key words. Logistics, agricultural machinery, decentralization, logistics hubs, Rostselmash, competitive analysis, after-sales service, CLAAS, Big Data.
Annotation. The article examines the impact of the introduction of an export customs duty on the dynamics of chickpea exports from the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of statistical data for the period 2023–2025, it was revealed that the introduction of the customs duty rate did not lead to an immediate contraction of export flows. Correlation analysis established a relationship between the duty rate, the ruble exchange rate, and export volumes. The results indicate that export dynamics are primarily determined by global market conditions and demand from key chickpea-importing countries, while the customs duty acts as a secondary corrective factor.
Key words. Export of goods, agricultural crops, chickpeas, export customs duty rates, export volumes, seasonality.
Annotation. The article considers the modern process of transformation of payment systems in the transport industry, which is significantly influenced by various logistical aspects. The economic processes of transformation of payment systems in the transport industry are considered both at the micro and macro levels. The main challenges faced by the transformation of payment systems in the transport industry are identified, which include technological inequalities in regions, the need for significant investments in infrastructure and the risks of monopolization of payment services.
Key words. Payment system, transport industry, transformation, digitalization, logistical aspects.
