SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Simulation model of supply chain management
Annotation. The article proposes an analysis of the performance indicators of a distribution center using simulation modeling on the AnyLogic platform. Particular attention is paid to the construction of block diagrams of the simulation model, as well as to conducting experiments to optimize the performance indicators of the warehouse complex.

Implementation of logistics solutions to improve the efficiency of the railways of the Russian Federation
Annotation. The article considers the stages of modeling the operation of the stations of the Eastern Polygon of the railways of the Russian Federation and the achieved economic and social effects of their implementation. The prospects for the development of this area have been determined.

Annotation. Since the beginning of 2022, after the sanctions imposed by the European Union and the United States against Russia, there has been a collapse in international trade. Enterprises were forced to reorient themselves towards Asian markets for exports. Since the majority of companies sending large batches of products use the railway, the freight flow at many polygons of JSC «Russian Railways» was disrupted. The article analyses the production capacity of Russian ports, and presents a plan to distribute the value of cargoes by shipment in order to fully market products and load empty ports to relieve the Eastern polygon of JSC «Russian Railways».

PROBLEMS AND OPINIONS
Expected operating rate and assessment of the impact of dependent components for the period 2025–2034
Annotation. The article calculates the expected financial results of operators for 1 railway car per day for the period 2025–2034, taking into account the application of the forecast operating rate and its ratio to the load on the maintenance of rolling stock. The expenses incurred by a railway car in the form of rental / lease payments and repair costs are investigated.

Annotation. In the context of widespread digitalization in the domestic economy and industry, it is extremely important that the updating range of services of market companies, including digital products, correspond to rapidly changing consumer preferences. The article presents approaches to assessing the competitiveness of companies in logistics markets in the context of digitalization, the basics of the formation of logistics digital platforms.

Russian Railways Digital Transformation Strategy
Annotation. The article is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of defining goals and objectives in the issue of digital transformation in Russian Railways.

Trends in customs control after the release of goods in modern conditions of digitalization and automation of customs authorities
Annotation. The article provides a retrospective analysis of the results of customs control after the release of goods. As a result of this analysis, trends that are characteristic of this type of control were identified. A forecast of customs duties collected as a result of customs control after the release of goods was made. Particular attention is paid to the trend of formation of debt on payment of customs duties as a result of customs control after the release of goods, which indicates the need to improve the activities of customs authorities.

Annotation. This research evaluates the effectiveness of tariff and technical regulation measures, a system of digital labeling and traceability of goods, an electronic form and technology of labeling taking into account the quality of imported into Russia chocolate. The key elements are the target consumption of chocolate by the population, the actual and target imports of goods with different properties.
