Annotation. The article outlines the problem of operational personnel deficit in logistics and formulates the main tasks to improve the methods of managing the number of warehouses. The article analyzes one of the existing approaches to managing the number of staff at domestic enterprises - labor rationing. The method of risk accounting in logistics operations (cargo handling) is proposed in order to form the most accurate plan of warehouse headcount and to make daily decisions in the field of logistics personnel management.

Annotation. The concepts of «sea corridor», «strait», «canal», «transit passage» are considered. The characteristics of the most important global sea corridors are given. A classification of threats and risks of ships passing through bottlenecks is proposed. A comparative analysis of sea corridors was carried out and the risk of their passage was assessed. The conclusion is substantiated that it is necessary to take into account possible risks along the route of cargo during sea transportation.

The article provides overview and analysis of the key trans Eurasian overland routes: Nothern corridor going through Russia, Middle corridor through Central Asia and Caspian Sea, and some other less known roads. The article shows the current capacity of these routes, their development plans and makes judgement on their perspectives and importance for the international trade and economic development of the countries involved.

Annotation. Intermodal transport schemes for perishable goods have recently become increasingly in demand due to the high level of transportation quality and a significant reduction in the likelihood of damage to the transported perishable cargo in a closed refrigerated container. Despite the fact that several types of transport are involved in intermodal transportation, the required temperature and other parameters are set and constantly maintained in the cargo area of the transported refrigerated container throughout the entire transportation. The article proposes a model of behavior of shippers of food products in the intermodal transport services market when choosing a logistics operator.

The restrictions are becoming tighter, and Russia continues to lead in terms of economic impact. Kaliningrad, in particular, has faced restrictions on cargo transportation, prompting the development of new logistics routes and solutions.

The article examines scientific approaches to the realization of the military-economic potential of the new territories of the Russian Federation in the context of their integration into the material and technical support system of the Russian Armed Forces. Particular attention is paid to the development of such tools as the localization of military and special equipment production based on local enterprises, infrastructure modernization, optimization of logistics routes, and the creation of repair bases in close proximity to the front line.
