Mongolia is on the horizon: new transport routes for Russian business
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Interaction in the supply chain using reference network models to ensure uninterrupted logistics
Annotation. The prospects of using the concept and technology of data transmission networks and the physical Internet in logistics are shown. The possibilities of using reference network models of data transmission and processing for logistics business processes of the physical Internet, in particular the OSI, TCP/IP, OLI and NOLI models, are considered. The levels of reference network models are analyzed and their adaptation to the coordination of logistics operations in multi-layered supply chains is proposed. Examples of the use of OLI/NOLI models in the logistics of intermodal container transportation are given.

Annotation. A tool for determining the structural and functional sustainability of supply chains in a logistic system for monitoring quality information in construction is proposed. Its construction is based on a double feedback of structure and function. The minimum necessary and sufficient conditions for the sustainability of supply chains of materials in a logistic system for monitoring quality information in construction are formulated.

Annotation. The relevance of logistic convergence is due to the changes taking place in the external and internal environment of supply chains. The article explores how logistic convergence contributes to improving the efficiency of the supply chain and possible solutions to the problems of this process.

An ecosystem approach to defining and developing online commerce
Annotation. For a number of political and socio-economic reasons, e-commerce shows multiple growth rates and is one of the leaders in the process of digital transformation of the national economy of the Russian Federation, uniting various market actors into a single ecosystem, contributing to improving the efficiency of its participants in particular and the sustainability of the entire national economy as a whole. The article presents the results of a study of the definition of the conceptual apparatus of the modern industry business model of online commerce as a component of e-commerce and an assessment of its development at the present stage, including factors determining its further growth.

Annotation. The article examines the relationship between the operating rate of a cargo gondola and the components that affect its change, and assesses the impact of these components on the final value of the indicator. The expected operating rate of a cargo gondola for the period 2024–2034 has been calculated, taking into account the input of forecast data of variable values.

Annotation. In the article, the authors consider the issues of the historical formation of the fishing fleet of the USSR, the problems that arose in this area in the 1990s of the last century, as well as the prospects for its development in modern conditions, including the provision of serial shipbuilding and engine building.
