Dear readers! We present to your attention the 11th issue of the LOGISTICS magazine, where you will find relevant materials and articles. And again, the focus is on international cooperation. An important event in this area was the International Trade Day 2024 Forum, held on November 7, 2024 in Moscow.
Dear readers! The tenth issue of LOGISTICS journal opens with a large article dedicated to the results of the BRICS Business Forum, held on October 18, 2024 in Moscow. Yulia Kislova, Director of Agency Market Guide LLC and publisher of LOGISTICS journal, attended the event and prepared an article where she paid special attention to international trade and logistical connectivity of the countries of the association. The details are in the room.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the ninth issue of the Logistics magazine, in which we have collected and combined relevant materials. On the pages of the new issue, we paid close attention to the personnel problem. You will be interested in SuperJob's research on changes in demand for personnel over the year, salaries of truck drivers and warehouse staff. Our author V.S.
Annotation. In order to implement projects for the development and formation of a modern transport infrastructure system on the territory of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to develop regulatory documentation that would take into account the strategy of interaction of various modes of transport at transport hubs. The article examines the features of a real, conditionally effective and rational strategy for the interaction of rail and road transport in order to maximize the quality of services provided for the transportation of passengers in suburban traffic.
Key words. Road transport, rail transport, suburban transportation, transport interchange hubs, interaction of modes of transport.
Annotation. The problem of overloading the capabilities of the railway infrastructure complex, especially characteristic of limited areas of the railway network, is being solved today through the introduction and operation of a Dynamic model of infrastructure loading. It is designed to promptly assess and plan the loading of infrastructure, taking into account the technical standards of operational work and ensure an increase in loading volumes and a reduction in the turnover of wagons. However, some shippers, due to the specifics of their production activities, suffer from innovations. The volume of loading for some cargoes shows a decrease, which requires refinement of the algorithms of the Dynamic model, taking into account the wishes of shippers.
Key words. Shipper, carrier, consignee, loading, application for freight transportation by rail, Dynamic model of infrastructure loading, daily client loading plan.
Annotation. The article definition of the concept «Supply Chain Control Tower – SCCT» is given. The evolution of the Control Tower concept from CT1.0 to CT4.0 and the need to integrate control centers into the structure of modern multi-party supply network (MPSN) are shown. The main components of the MPSN information technology platform are considered. The ST – Control Tower Value Matrix 2024 vendor rating matrix is presented. The necessity of forming intelligent SCCT is substantiated and their main functionality and advantages of use in digital supply chains are considered. An example of a modern intelligent Control Tower developed by One Network Enterprises is given.
Key words. Supply chain, intelligent Control Tower, information technology platform, digitalization, multi-party network, CT vendor rating.
Abstract. In the context of global economic changes and growing competition in the energy sector, traditional fuel transportation management methods are becoming inefficient. The study aims to identify key factors for successful implementation of digital technologies in fuel logistics and develop practical recommendations for optimizing this process. The findings will be valuable for transportation company specialists and researchers in the field of logistics digitalization.
Key words. Аutomation, security, logistics, monitoring, transportation, fuel, management, digitalization.
Annotation. The article reveals the essence of prescriptive (prescriptive) analytics and the methods by which it is presented. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for effective decisions by commercial enterprises in the field of mainline transportation, due to their rise in price. An example of the formulation of a logistical problem and a way to solve it, aimed at reducing transportation costs under existing restrictions, is presented.
Key words. Mathematical optimization, prescriptive analytics, mainline transportation, capacity, transportation optimization, cost minimization.
Annotation. The article examines the specifics of organizing logistics processes for vaccine delivery, which are carried out at four levels of the pharmaceutical cold chain. The article discloses the requirements for equipment for the transportation and storage of vaccines, and describes the means and procedure for monitoring temperature conditions during their delivery. Recommendations are provided for the use of digital technologies in collecting and analyzing data on transportation and storage conditions in the cold chain to improve the efficiency of logistics operations and ensure the safety of vaccines.
Key words. Vaccine supply chains, cold chain, digital technologies, blockchain, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, temperature control, logistics vaccine.
