Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. Dear readers! We present to your attention the 11th issue of the LOGISTICS magazine, where you will find relevant materials and articles. And again, the focus is on international cooperation. An important event in this area was the International Trade Day 2024 Forum, held on November 7, 2024 in Moscow.
Annotation. The article is based on a sociological study, which was carried out by means of a semi-structured questionnaire survey of entrepreneurs in the Omsk region. The study showed that representatives of transport and logistics business in the region aim to maintain their position in the market: to keep their microeconomic indicators within the parameters of the pre-crisis period and to avoid negative scenarios in the development of their business.

Annotation. The paper calculates the cost of delivery of household appliances on various routes from Fukuoka (Japan) to Nizhny Novgorod (Russia), determines the optimal route using various methods, and also establishes the main ways to improve the functioning of the transport complex.
