Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Dear readers! We present to your attention the eighth issue of the magazine and its materials.
Annotation. The article analyzes the foreign experience of using artificial intelligence technology in customs operations and customs control of goods. The main directions of the use of this technology by the customs authorities are identified. Particular attention is paid to the use of technology for automatically determining and controlling the code of goods, which is not used by customs authorities in the Russian Federation. Based on the conducted retrospective analysis, proposals have been developed that allow leveling the problems of interpreting complex commercial descriptions in the classification of goods.
Key words. Customs, artificial intelligence, overseas experience, customs control, prohibitions and restrictions, recommendations.
Annotation. The article presents a statistical review and analysis of the impact of the macroeconomic situation and covid restrictions on the logistics of the world container transportation market, analyzes the state of the economies of China and the EU, mutual trade between China and the EU, air cargo markets, railroads. transit container traffic in the China – Europe – China traffic, as well as the functioning of the main routes in the East – Stock – West traffic.
Key words. Logistics, macroeconomics, container, transport market, seaport, railway.
Annotation. The article discusses the prospects for building logistics routes for foreign trade transportation of goods through railway checkpoints located within the boundaries of the Eastern polygon of the railway network of JSC "Russian Railways". Particular attention is paid to the methodological assessment of the placement of potential railway checkpoints for the effective provision of trade and economic ties in the current geopolitical conditions.
Key words. Railway border crossings, infrastructure, cargo turnover, railway freight transportation, transport system, logistics, foreign trade.
Annotation. The article proposes an approach to the study of the organization of the process of cargo transportation at the railway site, carried out within the framework of a multimodal portside transport and technological system. An algorithm has been developed for finding the distributions of block trains by loading stations, which provide optimal values for the cost of the transported cargo and complex time indicators of the transportation process.
Key words. Polygon, multimodal system, algorithm, block trains, loading station, cargo cost, indicator, transportation process, ship lot.
Annotation. The article describes the management and control system for transport and logistics support of the resource-extracting complex. The stages of management and control processes are presented. A conceptual model for transport and logistics support management has been developed using the graph theory, which represents itself a basis for artificial intelligence systems.
Key words. Digitalization, management and control system, oil and gas industry, resource-extracting complex, graph, information flows, processes and subprocesses.
