Annotation. Analysis of the customs mode of temporary import of goods under Carnet ATA for international transportation, the historical stages of evolution, the reasons and matters of becoming, development, main characteristics and advantages over the other modes.

Annotation. The article describes the problems, possibilities and prospects of transport technology based on the vacuum magneto-levitation principle of action (VMLT). The issues of interaction of VMLT with other modes of transport are considered. Schemes of separate points for VMLT are proposed, a brief technology of their operation is described. The ways of technical and technological implementation of the ideas of VMLT are considered.
