Dear readers! We present to your attention the final issue of the LOGISTICS journal in 2024. We have tried to make it rich and interesting. Today, many Russian companies operate under strict sanctions restrictions, which force them to reorient logistics flows. One of the possible solutions to this problem may be the Russia – Mongolia – China economic corridor. Details can be found in the article by Alexandra Kazunina.
Annotation. The article considers the prospects for the development of the coal industry and its export potential. The facts of the development of mass coal transportation by rail in the direction of port transport hubs are presented. It is proposed to start implementing a large-scale project to develop a multimodal transport scheme for the transportation of coal for export with the use of river transport along the rivers of the Amur basin.

Annotation. The article considers and defines the concepts of an electronic document, an electronic image of a document. A brief analysis of the options for using messengers when parties concluding contracts for transportation, delivery, and approval of applications is considered and carried out. The article analyzes the judicial practice regarding the acceptance of correspondence in messengers as evidence in court. Recommendations are given on the use of messengers when concluding contracts for transportation, delivery, or agreeing on the terms of the application.

Against the background of the development of digital transport and logistics and the intellectualization of transport systems, the role of an integrated strategy and innovative tools for digital transformation is increasing. Problem analysis requires a revision of traditional approaches to modeling management systems based on proactivity and organizational sustainability.
