The development of urban infrastructure aimed at creating a comfortable environment for residents and guests of the capital is a priority task of the Moscow Department of transport and road infrastructure development. Сity streets, public transport, pedestrian and recreational areas are being transformed in a consistent and thoughtful manner. Currently, a plan is being developed for the reconstruction of Moscow railway stations. For this purpose Plekhanov Russian University of Economics research team conducted a comprehensive study aimed at assessing the quality of services at railway stations of the city. The article considers one of the research parts – the assessment of the quality of information and reference services for passengers of various categories.
Key words. Railway station complex, services, information and reference services.
Annotation. Hydrogen has long been an industrial gas. There is a need for technologies for the integration and replacement of fossil fuels in transport and utilities. Hydrogen is considered as a promising way of achieving these goals, and the transition to energy and transport without CO2 emissions.
Key words. Hydrogen, energy transition, RES integration, green energy, fuel cell.
Annotation. The article presents a complex approach to assess the supply chain functioning resilience. Basing on both scientific and practical reflection of supply chain work and market requirements the relevant metrics structure is proposed as well as its practical application recommendations.
Key words. Supply chain, resilience, analysis, logistics, KPI, management.
Annotation. Solid waste management is one of the existing problems in urban areas and it is becoming a critical issue because of the rapid increase in population. In Russia, the process of waste collecting is not automated yet. However, waste collection by the traditional method, when garbage trucks travel around controlled territories on schedule, becomes ineffective in our cities: in some places, garbage bins remain empty or low-filled for a long time, while in other areas they are filled in a matter of hours. To develop an intelligent system for monitoring and collecting waste, it is proposed to use Internet of things technologies. At the same time, the search for the optimal route must be carried out taking into account not only the shortest path length, but also the level of fullness of the garbage truck tank, which is the task of combinatorial optimization, the so-called knapsack problem.
Key words. Smart city, Transport and logistics complex, IoT, Internet of things, Smart waste monitoring and collection system, Knapsack problem, Evolutionary algorithms.
Annotation. The entry of the world economy into the active phase of the financial crisis is obvious. There is a gap of established supply chains, a change in the direction and intensity of commodity flows. As a result of the changes, the number of traffic jams and abandoned trains on the network is increasing. The excess of wagons and the abundance of operators did not improve, as the reformers had previously expected, the situation, but significantly complicated it. Compensation for the problems lies in the way of coordinated planning and supply chain management within the framework of the model of inter-organizational logistics coordination. The specifics of the Russian economy require the active participation of the state in creating a system of logistic coordination.
Key words. Logistic coordination system (SLK), inter-organizational logistics coordination, holistical approach, high traffic intensity, turnover of rolling stock, the speed of delivery, nonpublic access railroad, digital platform.
Annotation. Based on the historical experience of organizing the transport and logistics system of the aviation component of lend-lease, the article shows the necessity and variable possibility of solving a complex logistics problem.
Key words. Lend-lease, the aviation component, routes and volumes of transport, the flight of aircraft.
